Jennifer Cormeny, the Lutheran Social Services National Capital Area Director of Family Services, joined the Home Run On Wheels podcast to discuss the Aug. 13 book signing at Busboys & Poets in Arlington, Va.
Jennifer explained how LSSNCA helps unaccompanied refugee minors find foster families. She also said the Washington Nationals’ donation of tickets to LSSNCA will help these youth have fun while experiencing the American pastime.
Ron and Jennifer will be part of a panel to discuss foster care and the Home Run On Wheels book Tuesday evening from 6-8 at the Busboys & Poets Shirlington location in Arlington.
